Final Year Project Proposal Approved!

Here I am, sharing my Final year Project proposal with everyone. The project was approved on the 27th of September, 2008 by the FYP Committee at FAST-NU Karachi after much deliberations on how to treat study based projects.

Project Title:

Evolution of 2.5G Radio Access Networks towards the prospects of High Speed Packet Downlink Access (HSDPA)

Objective:

The objective of our project is to study and simulate the evolution of 2.5G/EDGE Radio Access Networks (RAN) towards High Speed Downlink Packet Access focusing on architecture update.

The engineering department could not avail FYP-MS last time, this time too I guess it has’nt been made available. I will talk to Hina on this issue.

Not particularly well =P they tried their best to make us back-out of study based projects on our own – then conducted interviews – I guess we satisfied their concerns! =D

Now start studying to complete ur project in time. if u hv any problems regarding Antennas Design, Switching and Transmission, broad band Communication, or Wireless Network, forward it. I’ll try my my best to help u.

Dear Maaz,

An FYP is supposed to be a test of your creative skills. How can I prepare or give you an FYP proposal?

Think of something and yes then I can assist you in building it. Life is not just about cutting, copying and pasting. It’s more than that.
