India is ready for war: Get ready, Pakistan!
Enemies of Pakistan are on their toes as this should be the best time for them to do whatever they can to serve their vested interests. A meeting took place in India for attacks on strategic Pakistani military assets, attended by representatives from the CIA, MI-6, RAW and the MOSSAD. The Indian defense minister has strictly warned Pakistan that India is ready for “any eventuality” if Pakistan does not stop firing across the LoC, which is false.

While the political unrest still continues to haunt us, enemies of Pakistan are on their toes as this should be the best time for them to do whatever they can to serve their vested interests.
Look at both our borders. India waiting on one side and Afghanistan creating trouble on the other. With Pakistanis embattled with internal turmoil, our enemies are having one hell of a party aggravating the situation further by fueling the internal unrest by all means.
It was in the news a few days back, that a meeting took place in India for attacks on strategic Pakistani military assets, attended by representatives from the CIA, MI-6, RAW and the MOSSAD.
In my previous column, “A Leaderless nation – What Next?“, I had said:
I am also worried about the control of the ISI, as this government is hell bent upon doing anything to please its masters in the United States.
This government has also reportedly cut funds for the Strategic Plans Division responsible for sustaining, progressing and protecting Pakistan’s nuclear arsenal. With the several layers of security and ambiguity to the Pakistani Nuclear program, this is being dubbed as the only possible way of slowly getting rid of the Pakistani nukes. No money, no development, no progress!
Let us wait and see how this government reacts to issues regarding territorial sovereignty. They appear too weak to stop or respond to any direct threats to Pakistan.
It is further asserted by our government’s silence on the issue of constant Line of Control violations by the Indian military. This silence has led to another lie being painted as the truth, with India blaming Pakistan for the LoC violations in public.
The Indian defense minister has strictly warned Pakistan that India is ready for “any eventuality” if Pakistan does not stop firing across the LoC. The Pakistani military maintains that it is the Indian army responsible for provocative actions across the Line of Control.
India asks Pakistan ‘to stop firing’
NEW DELHI, Aug 23: Indian Defence Minister A. K. Antony warned Pakistan on Saturday to stop firing at its soldiers guarding the LoC, adding that Indian armed forces were prepared for any eventuality. Having said that, Mr Antony, who was speaking at a news conference in Kozhikode in Kerala, clarified that there was no threat of a war with Pakistan.
“India appeals to Pakistan not to encourage infiltration and the recent cross-border firing, in which we lost lives of a few armed personnel, is viewed with all seriousness and the Indian armed forces are prepared to face any eventuality,” Mr Antony said.

The Pakistani government on the other hand appears to have no interest at all in safeguarding our sovereignty and the respect of our international borders.
Members of the Afghan national army were caught red handed in the Kurram agency, yet our government denied commenting on it.
These are the REAL issues at hand and we are deeply concerned about them. We have had enough distractions and eye-washes over the past few weeks to keep the attention of the Pakistani populace on other, non-important issues. We request our politicians to stop this jugglery, it has been 6 months now!
Pakistan stands extremely insecure today because of insincerity within our ranks.
May Allah bless Pakistan and protect us from internal and external threats.

who is going to attack us?
no one bothers about us anymore. we don’t need enemies.

We might not need external enemies for now, zaheer. But for any enemy who has known the Pakistani nation long enough, it is frightful to imagine Pakistan strengthening again in the future. This is what I feel the motive is right now, and our external enemies will try to cash in on our internal stability.

I’m really worried that Pakistan’s days are counted now. I desperately hope i’m wrong, but it doesn’t seem so.

People, Pakistan has Survived 61 years with all this uncertainty. when ever a government has changed it has always changed through force. and every time it changes the same fears surface. So stop being so Negative. Start looking for loops which we can turn into opportunities for us.
I am very disappointed in us, the people who frequently write political articles, because WE know whats happening. BUT the general public doesn’t. and it is the GENERAL PUBLIC (rickshaw drivers, bus drivers, vendors. etc) who voted for PPP and PML-N to begin with. They do not realize what their elected government is actually doing, coz lets face it they are illiterates, how are they going to read our articles online? i think its time for us to do something a bit bigger. i think we should select the best of these articles, have them translated into Urdu properly, copy them in the thousands and start handing em out to the GENERAL PUBLIC.
I seriously believe this would be better than sitting at home and writing about our fears (coz frankly m sick of sitting at home and doing nuthing, arent you?) This way we would at least be making sure that our fears are now shared by the general public.

Well said Rakiah. As for the negativity, this article aims at reviving our national spirit in the wake of a building threat on our border. It highlights the fact that our enemies would want to take advantage of our internal unrest if we do not act now and do not gel together soon.
We have a history of being unpredictable and moody as a nation and of performing better under pressure. We are under intense pressure now and there are now signs of improvement as yet.
It is not about being negative, it is about reporting facts to light keeping in view the “audience” of this website, if you know what I am referring to.
As for your suggestion, it is practical and something that can be deliberated, discussed and worked upon. =)
And DO NOT stop writing, yes I feel tired sometimes, but I gather the strength for the sake of my country and my nation, to tell our leaders that the nation is awake, we are watching and we are commenting on your moves too. If we go silent, they might start believing that everything they are doing is right and that they are in absolute control.

well said ammar and rakiah, but pleez let me make it clear that um not dissappointed wid our nation’s choice…according to me they must know wat kinda people they voted and as a result they came out elected, its more kinda lesson for them. Your approach towards making people aware about the current satuation is a bright idea no doubt but theres a limitation, u ll gather one two or three people around u, but u cant change the whole nations mentality, they are simply waitin waitin waitin for the government to do something for them and thats wat the govt is not considering…Moreover i think it would b better if they realize themselves as to wat a blunder they have done…yup i kno u wont agree to me but this is the harsh reality, u ask any one, no one will listen to u…”vote dene to suzuki mein bhar bhar ke chalay gaye thay laikin kya pata tha this would be the outcome”. n yup one thing more, um very sorry to say this people dunn use their minds, they are just blunt…u ask them to mend their ways n they ll do the opposite moreover “larkay bula le kut b lagwa dete hain” :p, laikin serious kis kis ko samjhao gay…u can only hope ke yeh samjhain khud, nai to khuda b lataktay huay ko bar bar nai uthata, Allah bhala keray pakistan ka…

we are not trying to change their mentality. we are simply going to bring the facts to the public, so that when they know all this they can, in their own ways protest. and m not taking about gathering ppl. its not rally. one of us should translate the article email it to others, like people on this blog, and then ask them to print it, copy it and hand em forward. no body has to gather anywhere.
