Of spoilt children and a ‘TOY’
7Remember how toys used to attract us in our childhood? Remember how dear they used to be to us? Remember how we always used to keep them close to us? Well, I can’t help it if you were one of those few kids who actually never had to bother about who touches your toys and who does not. More often then not, we found us battling for a toy, fighting and crying but not letting go of it! Aah! Childhood!
A toy has always been very delicate, it breaks if it does not get its due share of care. I have found myself in such a situation a few times when I preferred to let go of a toy, avoiding a find and damage to the toy!
It seems as if some people never grow up! There are people who can go up to the extent of breaking a country but not letting go of their toy!
Playing Puppets – AGAIN!
0This is what we’ve been doing, for the past 60 years! And we’re doing it again. This is too short to be considered anything worthwhile, but just a thought, we’re playing puppets as always! We’re slaves! Slaves of the masters who rule from the West!
WiMAX! What’s all the buzz about?
5I just remembered I had initially thought of frequently including technical articles as part of my Blog, pardon me for being unable to do so. But here I am, with WiMAX!
WiMAX is a new telecommunication technology and it stands for Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access. WiMAX is a commonly used term for broadband wireless metropolitan access networks (MANs) that use a point-to-multipoint architecture. WiMAX adheres to the IEEE 802.16 protocol.
Pakistan is the world’s first country to have a countrywide WiMAX coverage.
Protest against emergency at FAST-NU Lahore
1The speaker (a faculty member) says:
“Baray se baray aamir aaye, iss say bara bewaqoof koi nahi aaya”, ironic statement. Taking forward my coverage of this spark of protest from highly unorthodox places in Pakistan, here is a video of the protest at FAST-NU Lahore.
I’ll be posting more on this issue insha Allah.
God Bless Pakistan!
